Shipping charges
The default rule is a flat shipping charge with free shipping above a configurable order value. The final charge is shown before payment.
Delivery estimates
The default estimate is 5-7 working days. Final timelines depend on the origin, destination PIN code, carrier, weather, and local conditions.
Tracking
Customers can use the order number and matching email or mobile on the Track Order page. Carrier-level tracking can be added when a shipping provider is connected.
Delivery issues
Add the final process and reporting window for loss, visible damage, failed delivery, and incorrect addresses before launch.
