Cancellation policy
Orders may be cancelled before fulfilment reaches a configured cut-off.

Customer cancellation
Eligible orders can be cancelled from the customer account. Once packing or shipment begins, the return process may apply instead.
Paid orders
A cancellation of a captured online payment moves to refund review. Refund status is tracked separately from fulfilment status.
COD orders
Eligible Cash on Delivery orders can be cancelled before the operational cut-off. Stock is restored through an inventory transaction.
Store cancellation
GEN90Z may cancel an order for unavailable stock, invalid pricing, suspected abuse, payment issues, or an undeliverable address, subject to final approved terms.
